Abbie Cornish was born in 1982. Cornish is best known for her roles in films including Heidi, Fanny Brawne and Sweet Pea (in Sucker Punch), Lindy and RoboCop (2011) as well as Sarah and Geostorm (2017). The latter movie Cornish won her first Screen Actors Guild Award as one of the actors. Betty Gilpin.........................American actress Betty Gilpin was fortunate to have both of her parents be professional actors. Jack Gilpin, who starred in Adventureland as well as The Mothman Prophecies among other films, was her father. Ann McDonough played the mother. Betty Gilpin made a decision to enter the field of acting due to the fact that she had the support and love of her parents. Fordham College was her first selection when it came time to enter college. There she honed her skills. Following graduation, Gilpin began acting in Off-Broadway plays while auditioning for TV and film roles. Following a brief appearance on the NBC show Law & Order: Criminal Intent and a few other small part in Ghost Town (2009) and The Northern Kingdom (2008). Gilpin continued to appear on TV as a guest star for the remainder of her time. The year 2013 was the year she received her first break as she landed a role as a recurring character in the show Nurse Jackie. Gilpin, as Dr. Carrie Roman Gilpin, was featured in 34 episodes of Nurse Jackie prior to the show's finale. ended on June 15, 2015. Gilpin was as well in True Story (2015), the mystery thriller.
